The champagne tower room is really nice but it doesnt have a microwave, the whirlpool needs to be updated, bed in poor conditions, one of the leg broken. I found hair in the shower, I took some pictures. Also, the ladies at front desk just give you papers with info but they dont explain anything, I had to call the central to find out where should I go and how i have to do to get my dinner and breakfast.

Wifi was out the entire time, and with poor cell service this was very problematic. The service was mostly okay. Limited towels and glasses, and room pool was a little dirty.

Very outdated, sink hole in walkway to pool, buildings abandoned on property and falling apart, every building needs updated. The deer running around property is the best, they walk right up to you.

No WiFi available, the suite needs maintenance, for the price I thought we will receive at least a welcome gift, also ******* has the description for all inclusive as breakfast, snacks, dinner and drinks but per resort only breakfast and dinner

I never leave reviews but this place is NOTHING like the pictures. It gives off motel vibes. As soon as I pulled in I asked for a refund, which the lady at the front desk said I needed to go through ******* to get my money back. I went home after 5 minutes of being there) they stalled giving my money back every time I contacted them there was a new excuse and ultimately didn’t give a refund. I wouldn’t stay here even if I was being paid to stay

We enjoyed our visit, were there for a relaxing weekend and to spend quality time together for our wedding anniversary. The room was very comfortable and the views of the lake were beautiful.
